- What is the difference between the plans?
- Two things grow with the tier: how many roles you keep open at once, and how big a kit library you get (50, then 100, then all). Every plan includes the complete platform with no feature limits, so you move up for capacity, never to unlock features.
- Do you charge per user or per candidate?
- No. Pricing is based on concurrent open roles and your kit library only. Invite every recruiter, hiring manager, and interviewer, and review as many candidates as you like. Your price does not change.
- What is a job kit?
- A reusable evaluation packet: competencies, interview questions, rubrics, rounds, and a sample job description. Use it to assess candidates consistently. The same kit can back unlimited roles, and reuse is always free.
- Do I need an ATS plan to post jobs?
- Yes. Posting lives in the ATS plans. Pay as you go bills per published role, and the Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans include concurrent posting up to your tier.
- What if I need more open roles than my plan includes?
- Add concurrent slots for $199 each, the same per-slot rate your plan is built on. There is no need to jump to a bigger plan for a short hiring spike; add slots when you need them.
- I already have an ATS I like. Can I still use your kits?
- Yes. The kit library plans unlock our assessment content on its own, with no posting, so your team keeps its current ATS and still hires with structured kits.
- How hard is it to move our hiring in?
- Import your existing jobs through the job import API and let the resume parser read incoming resumes automatically, so getting started is quick rather than a manual migration.
- What if we pick the wrong plan?
- Plans follow your hiring volume, so you can change tiers as that changes. Monthly billing gives you flexibility at each renewal if you would rather not commit annually.
- How is Enterprise or the All tier priced?
- Unlimited posting and the full kit library are quoted per customer, based on your hiring volume, onboarding needs, and contract terms. Talk to sales and we will scope a plan with you.
